We’re excited to help you simplify and secure your use of AI. This guide will get you up and running with your first AI agent quickly and safely. Advanced features will come naturally as you explore the platform.


Getting Started

Login & User Setup

You should have received an invitation link via email. Simply click the link and create your password to get started.

Adding Team Members

Need to add colleagues? It’s simple:

  1. Go to Settings at the bottom of the left menu
  2. Select Users
  3. Click Add User and enter their name and role
  4. Click Send Invite

Role Types:

  • Platform Admin - Can build, edit, and delete agents with you
  • End User - Can only use the Chat feature when agents are deployed

Good to know: You start with credits to test any model that supports Airia Key. Set up your Account Details to manage billing and preferences.


Building Your First AI Agent

Step 1: Create a Project

Projects organize all the components for your agents

  1. Find Projects in the left menu and click the + sign
  2. Enter a Name and Description for your project
  3. Add an Icon (optional)
  4. Click Create

Step 2: Add Models

Models are the AI engines (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

  1. In your project, select ModelsNew Model
  2. Browse available models and their costs
  3. Click Add to Project for your chosen model(s)
  4. Review details and click Add

Start with cost-effective models like GPT-4o Mini or Claude 3 Opus. You can always upgrade to more powerful models like GPT-4o or Claude 3.5 Sonnet for complex tasks.

Step 3: Add Data Sources

Give your agent knowledge by connecting your files and data

  1. Select Data SourcesNew Data Source
  2. Choose a connector from the list
  3. Recommended: Start with File Upload for your first agent
  4. Name your data source and upload your files
  5. Click Upload and wait for processing

Step 4: Build Your Agent

Connect everything together visually

  1. Go to AgentsNew Agent
  2. Name your agent (make it descriptive for easy identification)
  3. Drag and drop a Data Source and Model onto the canvas
  4. Connect the components: Input → Data Source → Model → Output
  5. Save your agent using the Save button
  6. Test your agent to see how it responds
  7. Set as Active when you’re satisfied with the results

Step 5: Deploy Your Agent

Make it available for use

  1. In Agents, find your agent and click the menu
  2. Select Deploy to Chat
  3. Complete the activation fields
  4. Test it by going to Airia Chat in the Apps section
