1. From the Admin Experience (Admin Users)
If you’re using the Airia Platform:- Navigate to the top-right of your screen.
- Select the Catalog tab.
- You will be redirected to the Chat Interface.

2. From the Web (End Users)
External or end users can go directly to:- 🌐 chat.airia.ai** **and log in with their credentials.

This section guides you through finding existing agents and creating new ones within Airia’s end-user experience.Explore Existing Agents
Once agents are made available, you can easily find them by searching and applying various filters.Search for Agents
You can search for agents by entering a full or partial match of their name or description in the search bar.Filter Agents
Use the available tabs and options to narrow down your agent view:- Recommended: Displays agents designated as “Recommended” by your Platform Administrator during their deployment configuration.
- Recent: Shows agents you have recently accessed or interacted with.
- More (Tags): Click More to view a list of all tags associated with agents. You can select one or more tags from this list to filter the displayed agents.
Create Your Own Agent
You can launch a simple agent directly from the end-user interface.- End Users: For users with the
End Userrole, this is the only method to build and launch a custom agent. - Platform Administrators: Users with the
Platform Administratorrole can launch an agent either from the Agent builder or by using the Create your own agent experience.
Knowledge
Add external sources of Knowledge to your agent.
