Contributing to the Community

Submitting Your Agent

All submissions are initiated from the Airia Studio. You can submit your agent using either of these two paths:

Path 1: From Agent Canvas

  1. Open Your Agent - Navigate to the agent you want to share in the Agent Canvas
  2. Access Version History - Open the version history menu
  3. Select Submit Action - In the action menu for your published version, select “Submit to Community”

Path 2: From Agents List View

  1. Navigate to Agents - Go to the Agents list view in your project or the overall usage screen within Lifecycle
  2. Open Action Menu - Click the action menu for the agent you want to submit
  3. Select Submit Option - Choose “Submit to Community”

Review and Submit

Both paths will direct you to a review screen where you can:
  • Add Notes - Provide notes to the reviewer about your agent
  • Specify Country - Select the country of origin to be identified with your agent
  • Review Agent Details - Preview how your submission will appear to users in the Community
  • Submit for Review - Send your submission to Airia for review
Before submitting, use the “Update Agent Details” button to easily access and improve your agent’s information. If you notice missing descriptions, unclear taglines, or other details during your review, you can make updates directly and return to complete your submission.

Requirements

  • Community Guidelines - Your agent must adhere to Community Guidelines
  • Functional Agent - Ensure your agent works as expected
  • Clear Documentation - Provide accurate descriptions and use cases

Review Process

  1. Airia Review - Our team will review your submission
  2. Approval - Once approved, your agent appears on the Community site
  3. Community Access - Other users can discover and use your agent

Frequently Asked Questions

If you can build an agent, we encourage you to contribute agents to the Airia community. If you’re not sure about your admin status, check with your organization’s Airia account owner or contact support.
Community agents support the majority of Airia agent capabilities, including:
  • Custom input variables
  • AI models from the Airia library and custom ML models
  • Custom instructions and system prompts
  • Tool integrations and API connections
  • File upload data sources
  • Flow control logic
  • Memory and context management
  • Agent behaviors
  • Airia Agent and Email inbox interfaces
We continue to enhance the capabilities available to share with others directly and via the community.
Being listed in the Community means:
  • Public Visibility - Your agent is discoverable by all Airia users
  • Community Impact - Other users can benefit from your work and provide feedback
  • Recognition - You’re credited as the contributor
  • Ongoing Support - Your agent remains accessible to the community unless removed
Listed agents must comply with our Community Guidelines and maintain functionality standards.
