How Styling Works

  1. Platform Admin Updates Themes: Your Platform Admin will update the visual themes and branding elements within Airia’s Branding settings. This includes aspects like colors, logos, and background imagery.
  2. Automatic Style Application: Once the branding themes are updated and saved, the Airia Chat application will automatically adopt these new styles.
  3. Consistent Experience: The customized look and feel will be reflected across all instances of the chat interface, whether accessed via web browsers or mobile applications, providing a unified brand experience for your users.
