Data Retention

Airia provides flexible options to manage how your data is stored and accessed. Choose how long Airia should retain your conversation data, including prompts and responses:
  • Retain for Subscription Duration (Default) - Airia will store all conversation data for the entire duration of your subscription. Includes user prompts, model responses.
  • Retain for a Limited Duration - Airia will automatically delete your user prompts and model responses after a defined time period.

Privacy

Configure Who Can Access Conversation Data? Limit who can view your stored conversation history and responses:
  • Yes – Restrict Access Only the original requester can see the full details of the conversation. Admins will only see limited metadata (such as execution logs).
  • No – Allow Admin Access (Default) Admins can access all conversation history, including prompts, responses, and debug information. Recommended for troubleshooting or audit purposes.
